We understand how valuable your time is, and we would like to share with you important information about waiting times in different situations:
- Arrival at the airport (After you disembark)
We are conscious that you have to follow different procedures like customs and claim your luggage, normally this process takes up to 45 minutes on a regular day, Once you are ready to go, please meet our greeters at the meeting point. Our coursey wasting time is 1 hour and 30 minutes once the flight has been landed.
- Once you meet our Greeters (at the Airport)
Per Airport Federal rules, drivers are forbidden to wait for customers inside the arrival area parking lot. Each driver gets up to 15 min to pick up people and load up luggage but the time may vary due to the airport traffic situation.
- For pickups from Hotels to the Cancun Airport (On return)
Our driver will have a courtesy time only for 10 minutes to be in the motor lobby of the hotels. If the waiting time expires our driver will mark the service as a no-show.
