Delays on flights could happen; however, our dispatch and airport staff are constantly tracking the flight information and we are usually aware of delays on flights arriving to Cancun.

Please be informed that due to flight delays, you might experience waiting times, as we work with scheduled services based on arrival times. Our operations may be affected since drivers are assigned based on flights arriving on time.

Failing to inform us of a change in a timely manner may result in the loss of the transportation service or additional charges may apply.
