Additional Terminal PickUps

Are you flying in more than one flight to arrive in Cancun?

We need all the flight information. Please inform us if this is your case, as it’s important to avoid misunderstandings.

• We only track arrival flights. We do not track departure flights.

The Cancun International Airport has 4 terminals. If flights arrive at more than one or two different terminals, an additional fee of $10.00 USD per terminal applies.

As per Airport rules and regulations:

• Transportation will start picking up customers and companions only when each member has made contact with airport staff and is ready to go at each terminal.
• The vehicle cannot enter the arrivals platform if the clients and companions are not ready to board.
• Transportation has only up to 15 minutes to load luggage, customers, and companions at each terminal. Vehicles are forbidden to wait with customers on board for longer.

Our airport greeter (staff) has a designated meeting point to meet customers. They are not positioned right at the exit door. Please locate them at the designated point.

Make sure to share our meeting points with your travel party so they can easily find our staff.
